Dosage Instructions FullMeal Break Fast:

1.    For Adults: Take 4 or 6 table spoons (20 to 30gms) of FullMeal Break Fast in a tumbler and pour water and            mix it well till it dissolves completely and drink.
2.    For Children 7 to 15 Yrs: Take 2 to 4 table spoons (10 to 20gms) of FullMeal Break Fast in a tumbler and               pour water and mix it well till it dissolves completely and drink.

4.    Can take more spoons if needed as it is only natural organic edible substance and will not cause discomfort           to the body.
